Tip for Getting a Marriage License
Couples need to go to the Orange County Clerk of the Court's office with valid identification such as a driver's license, Florida state ID, military ID, passport or birth certificate. Purchase a marriage license for $93.50, payable in cash, money order, Visa or MasterCard.
A three-day waiting period exists for Florida residents after the license is issued. The waiting period does not apply to non-Florida residents. The license is good for 60 days and blood tests are not required.
