2/25/2010 - I-Drive Hotelier Organizes Immediate Community Opportunity to Raise $1,000,000 for Urgently Needed Haiti Earthquake Relief Effort
Visitors to the International Drive Resort Area, businesses, partners and residents have a chance to join in the Haitian earthquake relief effort by making a financial contribution or by donating supplies.
The Harris Rosen Foundation, Inc., a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, headed by I-Drive hotelier, Harris Rosen, has joined forces with Sen. Bill Nelson’s office and various local Haitian community leaders to provide direct assistance to the victims of the earthquake in Haiti. In the past the Harris Rosen Foundation has collected and personally delivered food, water filters, school supplies and medical supplies to the citizens of Haiti.
