COVID 19 Updates

Greetings from Sunny International Drive in Orlando, Florida.

We hope you are doing well and keeping safe. The I-Ride Trolley Team is ready and waiting with excitement to welcome you back on Board. UPDATE: I-Ride Trolleys Rolling Out June 8th!!!
Upon opening, the safety and well-being of our passengers and drivers, is our number one priority. As we closely monitor the state and federal updates regarding COVID-19, we will remain attentive and ready to respond to changing conditions.
For everyone’s protection, we have added some safety measures. Below, please find our updated protocol for the I-Ride Trolley Service.

Onboard the Trolley

  • Trolleys will have an extensive deep cleaning each night.
  • All Trolley Drivers will be subject to daily temperature checks.
  • Our Drivers will be seated behind a partition for their protection and yours.
  • Each driver will be required to wear face protection while on board the I-Ride Trolley. 
  • Additional safety protocol training will be required for all Drivers.
  • Drivers will monitor Capacity up to 50%
  • The Trolley hand railings will be cleaned and sanitizing regularly.
  • Trolley Stops will continue to be announced by our automated system. If you need to speak to our Drivers, please maintain a safe distance.


  • Guests will be required to wear face protection while on board the I-Ride Trolley.
  • To limit contact, Guests will insert exact change or swipe their Trolley passes in the fare box themselves. These will be sanitized regularly.
  • Hand sanitizer will be available upon entering and leaving the Trolley.
  • The ‘No food or beverage’ policy will remain in effect. If you arrive at your stop with open food or drink, please use the trash receptacles at the trolley stop prior to boarding.


  • We will follow state and local government guidance for all suggested COVID-19 safety measures according to the CDC guidelines.
  • For the safety of our Drivers and other passengers, if you do not feel well, please do not board an I-Ride Trolley.
  • If you do need to sneeze or cough, please be sure to cover.

I-Ride Trolley is public transportation and our new protocols are in place to protect both our drivers and guests, but we still count on YOU to do your part.
