stick to their plant based diet. Family owned Ciao Italia Ristorante Italiano
offers a vegetarian Rigatoni alla
entrée on their Magical Dining menu. This rigatoni pasta
dish is served with eggplant, sundried tomatoes and Bufala mozzarella in a
light tomato sauce. Inspired by the freshest ingredients, Copper Canyon Grill
serves up the Chef’s Vegetable Creation while Cuba Libre
serves up a Grilled Vegetable Paella. In need of comfort food? Itta Bena
