Using a simplistic and unique approach in the wine industry, Cooper’s Hawk invites you to dine and wine in their upscale casual restaurant, sip a drink or two in their full-service bar, or sample their extensive wine selection in their Napa-Style Tasting Room – a special treat that includes a tasting of seven to eight varieties, including but not limited to Prosecco, Sauvignon Blanc, Twice Oaked Chardonnay, Moscato, Barbera, Cooper’s Hawk Red, Cooper’s Hawk Lux Caberet Sauvignon, or a sweet raspberry wine.
