If you haven’t already fallen in love with the International Drive area, Fall is here and our calendar for October is full of events that you’re going to love being a part of! From Halloween festivities and community charities to events specifically made for foodies and craft beer fanatics, we’re heading into fall full speed, so make sure you buckle up because it’s going to be a crazy ride!
 
 
Magical Dining is in full speed, and if you haven’t already taken advantage of the hot deals that I-Drive restaurants are offering on their finest menu options, you still have a week to do so! Whether you’re looking to enjoy a special night out with some fine dining, something spicy and full of flavors from around the globe, American favorites with a twist on them, or something more specific like authentic Spanish, Italian, or Asian cuisine, many I-Drive restaurants are participating, offering three-course, prix-fixe dinner menus for you to enjoy at just $35 a person. Learn more here, but don’t wait too long. Visit Orlando’s Magical Dining ends on October 7th and won’t be back again until next year!
 
But, delicious food and drinks at a great price can always be enjoyed around I-Drive, and when you take a look at some of the other dining centric events going on this month, your inner foodie will surely be siked!
 
 
Foodies and Beer Lovers Rejoice!
 
If you’re a craft beer fanatic, SeaWorld Orlando is hosting an event for you! Their Craft Beer Festival will be running through October 27th and offers a haven for anyone who can appreciate a good brew. With over 100 different beers to try around the park, they’ve also worked with world-renowned chefs to create perfectly crafted food items to pair with each!
 
 
Hispanic Heritage
 
If wine is more your speed, and tasting some fresh and inspiring flavored Sangria is at the top of your to-do list, head to Tapa Toro where they are celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month with $16 flights of sangria that feature: Classic Red, Rosada, Passionfruit Mango and Apple Cinnamon. This special ends on October 15th!
 
 
La Dolce Vita
 
Harbor Nights at Universal’s Loews Portofino Bay Hotel lets you experience la dolce vita - the sweet life - in a setting inspired by the picturesque seaside village of Portofino, Italy! Enjoy select wines and expertly prepared foods from each of the hotel’s restaurants… and if that wasn’t enough, your ticket to Harbor Nights this year also includes live music and dancing!
 
 
Rosen Centre Hotel is hosting their Harry’s Sip and Savor on October 4th, and will feature the best fall signature spirits and cocktails that their talented bartenders can pour, each paired perfectly with the most tantalizing dishes that Chef Tello has ever plated! This event will feature Jameson Irish Whisky, Contradiction Bourbon and Monkey 47 Gin… let’s just say Harry’s Sip and Savor: A Poolside Pairing Series is an event that no foodie would miss!
 
 
And of course, a bi-annual favorite of locals and visitors alike, Jake’s Beer Festival is back! An event that offers relaxation in paradise alongside some of the most delicious fare and libations, and live entertainment! The festival is on October 4th at Universal’s Loews Royal Pacific Resort and gives attendees the perfect place to kick back, relax and enjoy a truly good time!

The highly awaited holiday, Halloween, is closer than ever, and there’s nothing quite like some good old-fashioned Halloween celebrations to get you into the Halloween spirit!
 
 
 
Dare to be captured in Pointe Orlando for the largest Halloween party on I-Drive! This Halloween kick off will be held at B.B. Kings on October 11th and will feature everything from live DJs, a $1000 Costume Contest and entertainers to body painting games, food and drinks, dancing, 4 full liquor bars, games and so much more! If Halloween is one of your favorite Holidays, this event is one you must attend!
 
 
Halloween for the Family
 
SeaWorld’s Halloween Spooktacular is the perfect place for the whole family to get in on the Halloween fun, and is known as Orlando’s biggest family-friendly Halloween event! Celebrate with their all-new Sesame Street Halloween Parade that features fantastic floats, crowd-pleasing performances and everyone’s favorite furry friends. They will also be putting on a Halloween Dance Party, trick-or-treating, and opportunities to meet whimsical characters inspired by the sea that can be found throughout your favorite park!
 
 
Halloween Horrors
 
Every fall Universal Studios Florida gives us our yearly dose of fear as nightmares rule the darkness! From haunted houses that are drawn from your all-time favorite horror stories to streets that have transformed into sinister scare zones, and mad laughter echoing from outrageous live shows! So, what thrilling experiences are in store for you this year? Haunted houses inspired by House of 1000 Corpses, Ghostbusters, Stranger Things, Universal Monsters, Jordan Peele’s Us, Graveyard Games, and that’s just to name a few. The thrills and horrors that await you at Halloween Horror Nights really can’t be put into words...so, you’re just going to have to go to see for yourself.
 
 
Trick or Treat
 
The first thing many think of when they hear the words, “Halloween” is 'Trick or Treating', and, if you’re still wondering where you’re going to be filling your bag with candy this year, Fun Spot America just answered your wishes for a safe and fun place to enjoy this classic Halloween tradition! Trick or treat all day on October 31st for free, and get in on one of their free costume contests!
 
 
 
In honor of Adam Michael Rosen, and to benefit the fight against brain cancer, reserve your spot at the inaugural Bubbles and Bow Ties charity fundraiser happening on October 19th. This year’s Halloween-themed costume celebration encompasses Adam’s love for life and bow ties! Come in your best costume to enjoy his favorite foods, drinks at an open bar, and live entertainment by Katy Perrody and DJ Willie all night long… and at the end of the night, all proceeds from the event will benefit The Adam Michael Rosen Foundation whose mission is to help end brain cancer!
