Where can I purchase passes? 
Passes can be purchased online, here. Passes are not sold on trolleys.
How much are Trolley passes?
We offer a variety of pass options to accommodate visits of all lengths. Please take a look at our pricing, here.
Can I pay on the trolley?
Cash fare is accepted on the trolley. Please refer to our pricing page for more information. Please note that exact change is required to pay on board the trolley, drivers do not have change.
Are tickets refundable?
Tickets are non-refundable. For any questions regarding this policy please contact info@iridetrolley.com.
I am traveling with a large group where can I purchase passes?
Discounts are available on purchases of 25 passes or more, and are only available through the I-RIDE Trolley sales office at info@iridetrolley.com or by calling 407-248-9590. Advance purchase is required.
Are reservations required to ride?
Reservations are not required to ride, the I-Ride Trolley runs continuously throughout the day from 8am to 10:30pm.


What are the operating hours?
The operating hours are 8:00am to 10:30pm daily.
Where does it operate?
The I-RIDE Trolleys travel exclusively throughout the International Drive Area on a 14-mile route with over 100 stops, to view the exact route, please see the map, here.
How often do the trolleys come?
Red Line trolleys arrive approximately every 20 minutes and Green Line trolleys arrive approximately every 60 minutes. Times may vary due to traffic conditions, weather and usage. To get real-time estimated times of arrival for your trolley, use "Where's My I-Ride Trolley".
I purchased passes now what?
After completing your order online, please make sure you have your email confirmation. When boarding the trolley show this confirmation to the driver and they will print your activated pass(es) for your use. If you purchased your passes at one of the sales locations simply show your pass to the driver upon boarding and you are ready to ride. If you plan on paying cash fare, simply put the exact amount into the fare box located next to the driver upon boarding.
Do I have to use my pass consecutively? 
Yes. Multi-day passes are valid for that number of consecutive days upon activation and cannot be refunded for unused days.
Is this a guided tour?
The I-Ride Trolley is not a guided or narrated tour.
Are they handicap accessible?
Yes! All I-Ride Trolleys are ADA accessible and have ADA-specified hydraulic lift systems with systems and lockdown spaces for two wheelchairs, weight limitations apply, see here for more details.
In what language are the stops announced in?
Stops are announced in English.
Where can I find the trolley schedule?
The I-Ride Trolleys operate continuously throughout the day and are not on a set schedule. However, to get an estimated time of arrival for the next trolley, use "Where's My I-Ride Trolley" to see real time ETAs.
Where does it pick up?
The I-Ride Trolley has over 100 stops throughout the International Drive Area and each stop is marked with an I-Ride Trolley marker pole. To find a stop near you, refer to the I-Ride Trolley map, or in the I-Drive Official Guide.
How do I transfer between the Red and Green line?
Trolley transfers between the Red Line and Green Lines are FREE and easy! You can transfer between the Red and Green Lines at designated transfer stops, represented as stars. If you are a cash fare passenger, simply ask your trolley driver for a transfer coupon when you disembark the trolley. A transfer ticket is not required if you have an Unlimited Ride Pass.


Can I bring food or drink?
Food and drink are not permitted while on board the trolleys.
Are the trolleys pet friendly?
The I-RIDE Trolley is not a pet friendly service and ask that only registered service animals board the trolley.
Do the trolleys have air condition/ heat?
Yes! The I-RIDE Trolley is an enclosed trolley with A/C and Heat!
Can I bring luggage or a bike on board?
You may bring luggage onboard the trolley, space permitting, however please keep in mind we do not have a designated storage rack. For the safety of all guest and drivers all luggage will need to be stored with you in your seating area. Bikes or other methods of transportation are not permitted onboard the trolleys.
Where can I park my car?
We do not have any official park-n-ride locations, however, there are public parking garages located at ICON Park, Pointe Orlando and Hollywood Plaza Garage.
Is there a dress code?
Shoes and shirts are required to board the trolley. Additionally, wet swim suits are not permitted on the trolley, please wear appropriate cover-ups if you are using the trolley to travel to or from a waterpark.
